What the Appiqon membership covers, how it is charged, and exactly how to stop it.
What the membership covers
One membership gives you the whole of Appiqon: all nine categories, every collection as it is published, and your own saved list. There are no separate tiers and no per-category charge.
Appiqon is a discovery service. It does not host, sell or licence the apps it points to. If an app you find is paid, you buy it from its own store on that developer’s terms, and that payment is entirely separate from what you pay here.
What it costs
The first day is free. After that the membership is $11.99 CAD per week, charged until you cancel. There are no tiers, no separate charge per category and no setup fee.
Appiqon is for adults aged 18 and over.
Sign-up runs through our campaign page, which is where the PayPal arrangement is set up and the free day starts.
How billing works
Payment runs through PayPal. You link your PayPal account when you sign up, which is what makes the free day possible: the arrangement is in place before the trial starts.
The first day costs nothing. Unless you cancel during that day, $11.99 CAD is charged when the trial ends, and then again every week, at the same amount, until you cancel. Renewal is the default and is not confirmed each time.
This is a weekly charge rather than a monthly one. That is worth reading twice, because it is the detail people most often misremember.
How to cancel
Cancelling is done in your own PayPal account. Open your PayPal settings, find automatic payments, select Appiqon and stop the recurring payment.
Cancelling stops the next charge and does not shorten the week you have already paid for: access runs to the end of that week and then stops. To avoid being charged at all, cancel before the free day ends.
If something about your membership is unclear, write to contact@appiqon.com. That address answers questions; the cancellation itself is made in PayPal.
Questions about a charge
Write to contact@appiqon.com with the email address on the account and the date of the charge you are asking about. Please do not send card numbers or other payment credentials by email. They are never needed to answer a billing question.
